DEEP SELF-CARE for uncertain times
This self-paced course explores presence, purpose, solitude, transformation, rites of passage, earth-connection, creativity and self-honoring as strategies for not just surviving but thriving during uncertain times. This course is comprised of three modules, accessed through this website. (Upon purchase, you will be sent the link to access the course.) Content includes 20 audio files of brief teachings with a sequence of writing prompts to guide you into reflection and a deeper engagement with the topics. Total course time: estimated at 6 hours
WRITING POETRY: A MINDFUL PRACTICE
This self-paced mini-course guides you through the process of writing a poem as a creative and expressive exercise; a contemplative, mindfulness practice; and an insightful approach to self-awareness. No prior writing experience required. Content includes three modules within a 40-page ebook (PDF) that guides you step-by-step. (Upon purchase of this course, you will be sent a link to access the PDF.) Total course time: estimated at 2+ hours; course can be repeated to generate additional poems.
